A Primary School from Lille visits the Institute

On March 27, a CE2/CM1 class (3rd and 4th grade) from the Diderot School of Lille, came to visit the Chevreul Institute.
The aim was to discover research related to a specific theme : water
Manon Dalla Costa, a second-year PhD student at LASIRE ( laboratory of Spectroscopy for Interactions, Reactivity and the Environment), works on the impact and evolution of pharmaceutical residues in surface water.
The students had the opportunity to observe how Manon collects her samples. In addition to demonstrating the sampling process, they also visited Laboratory D9 of the Institute, where the water samples are analyzed.
