Administration and Financial Management
The scope of this service covers the activities of the two platforms (including reception within the framework of the IR Infranalytics), the coordination and management of large collaborative projects (CPER), human resources management, building logistics, and the services of Technology Transfer and Communication/Scientific Outreach.

Technology Transfer and Innovation
This service carries out regular outreach to the economic sector and works to maintain existing partnerships, in line with the scientific policy and technology transfer strategy of the supervising institutions, collaborating with the Lille PUI and other technology transfer structures, as well as the Competitiveness Clusters in Chemistry and Materials (EuraMaterials and Team2). The goal is to promote the scientific and technical expertise of the platforms and associated laboratories, and to increase both the number and scale of partnership activities. This service is open to all laboratories within the UAR’s scope.

Experimental Development Support
This service is designed to assist in the design and assembly of experimental setups (feasibility studies, creation of innovative systems or prototypes, small-scale mechanical work, etc.). It is available to all laboratories within the UAR’s scope.
IT and Information Systems Security (ISS)
This service covers the Chevreul Building, including the platform divisions it hosts and the research areas (5 floors ≈ 150 m² under the scientific responsibility of the associated laboratories). The ISS service may be extended more broadly depending on the needs of the associated laboratories (and the available human resources within IMEC), as well as the supervising institutions’ policies regarding deployment or pooling of resources for information systems security.

Communication and Scientific Outreach
The goal of this service is to provide support for communication, outreach, and scientific culture activities at all stages of implementation. This service works in cooperation with the equivalent central services of the supervising institutions. It is available to all laboratories within the UAR’s scope.
